Here a homebrew pulley was adapted from a standard clothes line pulley yoke.

The shaft was replaced with 1/4 x 20 stainless threaded shaft with K&S Brass Bushing.

The pulley was then makeup of 2 Nylon washers sandwiched between Stainless washers,

that assembly rolling smoothly on the brass bushing.

The pulley side plates were deliberately made large diameter and perpendicular walled to

prevent the wire/line from jumping out.
